2021.12.03 04:02 Daharon For the people saying this is a nerf to crafting
There's one big detail a lot of people are missing, you'll be able to target stats and perk when crafting an item, which is MASSIVE.
You'll most likely be using a crafted weapon for the entire process of leveling your expertise, and it also means you don't need to stack up 200k worth of trophies and gear before you can make useful gear for yourself, the gearing curve will be a lot smoother.
THE MAIN ISSUE is that this should've been sorted out before the game went live, most people are already decked out at 60 and not everyone has maxed out wm, and current maxed out crafters will be hit the hardest.
tldr good change for fresh 60s, bad for people who already grinded out crafting to avoid farming wm.

2021.12.03 04:02 Sufficient-Coat7672 The decline of indigenous religions in India
The topic of religious conversion is touchy for most people in our country. Insults are thrown around without much thought of hurting the sentiments of the people. As part of this argument we will try to understand the issues involved in religious conversion.
1) The caste system
To understand the reasons for religious conversion we do need to talk about the caste system.
The caste system is an outdated social structure which many Indians still cling to. It might have been sensible to some people to structure society in these ways at some point of time in ancient India but with time it has been used to exploit and undermine the lower sections of society. It is this same system which is now one reason of many for religious conversion.
The people belonging to the lower castes are looked down upon and discriminated against by society. The same society seems to be surprised when people convert to a different religion which preaches equality for all. This is the hypocrisy that I would like to point out. You can't treat people badly and expect that they will just take it. Of course they will take steps to make their lives better. If a different religion provides them a more level playing field and makes them feel a part of the community, the disenfranchised will obviously look to change to another religion.
Instead of recognising the issues in caste system people talk about the reservation system and vent about it. The reservation system was put in place because of the injustices down to people by the people following the caste systems. Hence if people REALLY want to solve the issues/problems with the reservation systems they must solve the problems with the caste system.
Speaking about things like my friend from so and so caste is richer than me but he avails of the reservation systems doesn't really help. While it may be true, this does not change the fact that the caste system is still prevalent in India. Just because you don't see it in your little bubble of a world doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.
If we look at the other major religions of the world we see that there are strong religious bodies or figures that guide their believers. In Christianity the Roman Catholics have the Pope, Islam has Imams, and in general the religious organisations in the country has an archbishop, Maulvis and so on.
While there are many religious organisations for Hindu's, there is no overarching organization. In addition some of these organisations are political in nature as well. These religious organization do not have unity. Some of them are founded around Guru's (they try spread the message of these Guru's as well as Hinduism), some are political in nature and some are founded by some godmen.
Leaving aside the questionable finances of the organization's setup by some of these godmen, as a Hindu one can easily see that there is not much unity and no strong plan that unites these organization's. Instead they all seem to be alienated parts that each seem to be working towards their own goals. There is no overarching structure or organization that seeks to work on keeping the faith of it's followers.
People look for order and the degree of order offered by Hindu religious organisations is lower compared to the other religions.
Most of our country is poor. Inefficient and lackluster governance in addition to a large population has contributed to acute poverty in our country. When a certain religion seeks to provide education to children and helps alleviate the poverty of people, the poor who are in desperate straits will naturally look more favourable on a particular religion. These organization's are funded by their sister organisations around the world. They work towards improving the lives of the poor.
Based on the rising populations of minorities in India it is quite obvious that whatever is being done by the Hindu organisations to support the poor, downtrodden people in society is not enough. Obviously waiting for government to get it's act together and support people is akin to a fever dream.

2021.12.03 04:02 MiniMicrowavee114 Why do I feel uncomfortable talking about my hobbies when someone is interested?
I recently had an interest in gardening and I would constantly share stories, pictures of my plants to my friends, family members, who didn’t really cared much about it.
Then i have this friend whom I asked if she’s interested in gardening and she said not really, but she did however asked about how I got into gardening and asked for my plant’s pictures. When she directly asked about my plants and gardening as a hobby, i just felt slightly uncomfortable. Well, it’s not a bad thing, it’s nice when people find interest in what you love doing but it just rubs me in the wrong way that i cant seem to understand why i feel that way. I feel like she just asked about my plants out of politeness when I knew she doesn’t really cared about my plants. Not in a mean way, it kinda bothers me when people ask questions and they are not actually really interested in knowing, and i am just going to flood them a whole paragraph about my plants and boring detail stuff that might bored them to death.
This is why i tried to make it as brief as possible and hopefully change the topic.
I find it really ironic how i always like to talk about plants to people who are not really interested in listening, and feel uncomfortable when someone who are actually interested in what I talk about. Can someone please help me try understand this phenomenon?

2021.12.03 04:02 ItsKevRA What's the Mario Party 1 board you want to be brought back the most?
I see a lot of people say Luigi's Engine Room in the comments of Youtube, but I'm curious what the Reddit universe thinks. Me personally? Mario's Rainbow Castle is the one I want the most, but what about you?
I wanted to do a poll, but I guess polls aren't allowed in this subreddit lol

2021.12.03 04:02 Orthosurgeon1992 When Financial media fail to do their job - Flomic logistics.
We may have come across articles about Flomic logistics, how it rose from 25 paise to 150 rupees in just a year.. But how did they achieve this spectacular growth ? I had to go through 3 years of annual reports to find the truth..
This stock was previously called Vinaditya Trading company, and it was just another penny stock trading at 25 paisa with no appreciable volumes..The company had minimal profits prior to 2019.. but suddenly in 2020, they recorded a profit of 20 crores, and this spurred retail interest and the stock entered an epic rally.. So, how did a shell company manage to turn around their fortunes in just a year ?
The fact is, they didn't.. Vinaditya had no underlying business.. In their 2019 report, they mentioned the possibility of merging with a logistics company called 'Flomic Freight Services'.. This company was not huge, but they were an established player and probably had consistent revenue.. After Vinaditya merged with Flomic Freight, the new company was renamed as 'Flomic logistics', and Vinaditya's shares were also renamed as such.
The share was fundamentally changed by this merger, and because of Flomic's logistics business, the new company declared a 20 crore profit in 2020, which compared to the meager income of 2019, seemed massive..
Rather than going the traditional IPO route, Flomic appears to have hijacked a shell company to get itself listed in the market, in something called a 'reverse merger'.. It's reasonable to assume that they may have cornered a lot of Vinaditya's shares at 25 paisa, and these shares may have been unloaded after a spectacular rally..
This tactic seems ingenious, as the company can bypass stringent listing requirements, and still make enough money to rival an IPO..
But ultimately, this is a dishonest tactic.. Reverse mergers have a shady reputation in the financial world because of the potential for fraud.. It's good for the company, but very risky for the retail investor..
Flomic Freight may have some skeletons in the closet which may come out if they go the usual IPO route, so they choose to use reverse merger tactics to gain exposure to the stock market..
The media are supposed to report all this when they cover multibaggers.. They should mention that the stock price rose as a result of reverse merger..But they don't.. they just mention that XX stock gained 10000% in one year - ultimately trapping retail investors with potentially bad assets.. I have shared many articles below, but none of them mention the reverse merger, which is a vital piece of information.
